The Challenge
The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) wanted to bring their Creative Economy report to life and raise awareness of the value of Wales' creative industries. The goal was to make complex policy recommendations more accessible to the public, government, and stakeholders, while challenging outdated perceptions of the sector and highlighting its economic potential.
The solution
We brought the report to life through a bold and imaginative 2D animated explainer video. Using FSB’s colour palette, we designed a cast of playful, character-driven visuals to represent Wales’ vibrant creative sector—striking a careful balance between brand consistency and creative freedom. This animated explainer combines visual storytelling for business with dynamic infographics and thoughtful pacing, transforming detailed policy into an engaging and accessible public sector animation that truly celebrates the power of creativity.
