The manual is accurate, and nobody reads it.
Build and service sequences are hard to follow from drawings and paragraphs, and harder still across languages. We animate each step from your CAD, so installers, engineers and customers see exactly what goes where, and in what order.
Every step shown, exactly.
Assembly sequences
Step-by-step build animation from your CAD, with parts, fixings and tools shown in order.
Maintenance and service procedures
Routine servicing, part replacement and inspection shown clearly, with the safety steps in the right place.
Exploded views and part call-outs
Labelled exploded views and stills for manuals, parts catalogues and support pages.
Interactive guides
Step-through versions people can pace for themselves, on a tablet or in the browser.
Three steps, start to finish.
Product Story Sprint
We pin down the story, the audience and the message. You get a treatment, a storyboard or user flow, and a visual of the direction for a fixed £1,950 + VAT, credited against the project if you go ahead within 60 days.
Build and review
We work through the procedure with your engineers, animate from CAD and share work at agreed review points so every step is checked.
Deliver and update
Films, chapters and stills in the formats you need. When the design changes, we update the model instead of starting again.
Questions we hear a lot.
Can it work without a voiceover?
Yes. Many assembly and service films are made with no speech at all, or with short on-screen text that is easy to translate, so one film works in every market.
What happens when the product changes?
We keep the model, so a revised part or step means updating the affected section, not remaking the film.
What do you need from us?
CAD, STP or OBJ files and the current procedure or manual, plus time with someone who does the job for real.
What does it cost?
Animation projects start from £8,000 + VAT. The Product Story Sprint is £1,950 + VAT and is credited against the full project if you go ahead within 60 days.
