Your product is clever, and that's exactly why it's hard to explain.
The process happens inside a sealed unit, at a scale nobody can see, or across a system too big to fit in one photograph. We turn it into a short animated explainer that shows how it works, step by step, so a buyer, an engineer and a board member can all follow it.
One clear explanation, in every format you need.
The explainer film
A short film that shows what the technology does and how it does it, built from your CAD, drawings or process diagrams.
Cutaways and exploded views
See-through, sectioned and exploded sequences that show the working parts nobody can normally see.
Versions for each audience
A technical cut for engineers and a shorter one for buyers and non-specialists, made from the same build.
Stills and diagrams
Rendered stills and annotated frames for datasheets, proposals and your website.
Three steps, start to finish.
Product Story Sprint
We pin down the story, the audience and the message. You get a treatment, a storyboard or user flow, and a visual of the direction for a fixed £1,950 + VAT, credited against the project if you go ahead within 60 days.
Build and review
We script with your engineers, model from your CAD and animate, sharing work at agreed review points so the technical detail is right.
Deliver and reuse
The finished film, shorter cuts and stills in every format you need, ready for the website, sales meetings and tenders.
Questions we hear a lot.
How long should a technical explainer be?
As short as it can be while still being accurate. Most explainers work best at one to two minutes, with longer technical cuts for audiences who want the detail.
Do you need to understand our technology first?
We need to understand it well enough to show it properly, and that is what the first stage is for. We work through it with your engineers, and you check the accuracy at every review point.
What do you need from us?
CAD, STP or OBJ files if you have them, or drawings, diagrams and photographs if you don't. Plus an hour or two with someone who knows how it works.
What does it cost?
Animation projects start from £8,000 + VAT. The Product Story Sprint is £1,950 + VAT and is credited against the full project if you go ahead within 60 days.
