The Challenge
Tai Môn wanted to raise awareness among tenants about the causes of damp and condensation in the home and more importantly, how to prevent it. The challenge was to communicate practical advice clearly and concisely through short, accessible animations that could live on social media, all without relying on voiceover or on-screen text to support captions in Welsh and English.
The solution
We created six short educational animations designed specifically for social media. Using playful 3D characters, we illustrated everyday scenarios where tenants can take simple steps to reduce moisture and improve ventilation. Each animation followed Tai Môn’s visual identity, using clean motion and relatable visuals, resulting in an effective, shareable public sector animation series with real-world impact.
We are really pleased with the outcome and it certainly does fulfil our requirements. The brief was met in entirety with a professionalism and passion from the team to both deliver the brief but also for the project as a whole, with genuine interest in making it the best possible version, taking all feedback and comments on board.
It was a good experience working with the Animated Technologies team, they advised us very well and exceeded our expectations.
